How quickly will I receive my photos?

Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours, depending on property size and the scope of the shoot. I know how important speed is for active listings, so fast, consistent delivery is always a priority.

Do you travel outside Coos Bay?

Yes! I serve the entire Oregon Coast, including North Bend, Florence, Bandon, and Reedsport. I love exploring new properties along the coast, and I’m happy to travel for unique homes and vacation rentals.

Do you include drone footage or video tours?

Absolutely. Drone aerials are included in every real estate package. I love flying and creating dynamic aerial perspectives that reveal the home’s full layout, setting, and coastal surroundings. For many listings, those sweeping views from above become the hero shots that capture buyers’ attention instantly.

What if the weather is bad on our scheduled day?

If the weather isn’t ideal, heavy rain, fog, or high winds, we’ll simply reschedule at no extra charge. Clear skies and balanced light make all the difference in professional photography and drone work.

A quick tidy up goes a long way! Removing clutter, straightening decor, and ensuring each room feels open and inviting helps the property photograph its best. No need to stress about lighting, I handle all exposure, natural light, and composition adjustments on site.
